Annett was very responsive, helpful before I got into the place. She gave clear instructions where the keys are, how to get there etc. She even provided me with a very helpful pic of the entrance.
The room is not large, but with a window towards the backyard, so really very quiet and calm. It's quite cosy with an attached bathroom with all I needed.
The area is very quiet and nice, with an easy walk to the Warschauer Strasse Station.
The only drawback is a complete lack of audio insulation of the room from the hall. When you treat it like me as a sleeping spot, it's really okay.

Room only accomodation. Unfriendly.
The website looks good so I booked it in March.
Room was freezing cold, no extra comforter.
Room warmed up by the 2nd night.
No one else in the place.
I paid almost 100 euros per night. Tea bags and instant coffee for self service in the kitchen.
It was a converted room on the ground floor. No privacy from people walking in the street.

The room was advertised as having an ensuite bathroom. This was on the other side of the freezing cold corridor and required a separate key. My hands were so cold I could barely open the door. No bathrobe was provided for the trip, just a small towel, so you needed to get fully dressed to visit the bathroom.
A welcome note with a description of the services provided would have been appreciated. There is a washing machine available.
