Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in den Arbio Apartments. Während beim ersten Mal alles wunderbar war, hatten wir diesmal gemischte Erfahrungen. Die Lage ist nach wie vor ein großes Plus – man ist superschnell in den belebten Stadtteilen Friedrichshain und Kreuzberg und hat viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.

Allerdings mussten wir dieses Mal das Zimmer wechseln, da wir 2 Buchungen separat gemacht haben. Das war etwas unpraktisch, aber immerhin wurde uns deshalb ein früherer Check-In angeboten, was wir als positiv empfanden.

Leider gab es einige Mängel im neuen Zimmer (Nr. 15): Kein Festnetzempfang, wodurch weder Anrufe möglich waren noch Anrufe empfangen werden konnten. Die Betten (in allen Zimmer) waren leider sehr unbequem, da die Matratzen so durchgelegen waren, dass man ständig in die Mitte rutschte. Im Badezimmer entdeckten wir Schimmel an der Decke, und das Licht funktionierte nur sporadisch. Zudem war das Zimmer nicht vollständig sauber, und wir fanden Essensreste der vorherigen Gäste vor.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn das Hotel diese Aspekte verbessern könnte, um zukünftigen Gästen wieder die hohe Qualität zu bieten, die wir beim ersten Besuch erlebt haben.

Not made for business trips - Unfortunately my experience was not that positive, main issue is the impossibility to get an invoice for your company, all you get is a message on the Booking.com app, despite I have called and emailed them many times.

The room is nicely furnished, but I suggest asking not to be in the ones at the ground floor. I had no air conditioning and the vent was broken without the possibility of calling for assistance. I had to sleep with the window open which is directly on the street, and even with ear plugs you can hear cars and people all night long.

Position is great, so if you are looking to travel for leisure, not in warm months, I suggest asking for a upper floor and you will be good to go.
If it is for work, I suggest not to book with them.

Horrendous experience. Currently staying here. Booked a 1 bedroom apt which was advertised with a separate bedroom and living room for 4 people. Walked in - it’s a studio. I’ve been trying to contact them for 24 hours with no reply (see photos). They’ve either put us in a smaller room for the price of a bigger apt or they are blatantly falsely advertising a studio as a full one bed apt (see photos). Appalling. And to top it off, the mattresses on the bed and sofa bed are so crap that both people in either are sleeping at an angle/falling into the middle. Do not stay here.

Worst experience with this place. I reserved a room for 2 people for 3 nights. In advance of oir arrival let place know that we need 2 seperate beds 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed.

When we arrived there was no bedsheets for sofa bed. Mattress was dirty and with red stains on it (probably from previous guests period.

I asked for bedseets, but never got them. Sofa bed is impossible to sleep on. It was so curved that I did not sleep at all.

Complesso di appartamenti stupendi, puliti, silenziosi, super organizzati e con un arredamento moderno e con ogni tipo di comfort (lavastoviglie, Dyson, ferro da stiro).
Consiglio davvero se volete passare dei giorni a Berlino avendo un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
