Bis jetzt die beste Herberge in der ich war. Die Chefin und ihr Personal leisten tolle Arbeit, es ist sehr sauber das essen schmeckt nur zum Frühstück gab es leider keinen Saft aber Zitronenwasser. Wir waren ca 50 Leute mit Motorrädern und wir hatten jeden Abend Feuerholz da und der Grillabend hat auch super geklappt weil sie uns die Salate fertig gemacht hatten , ausreichend Senf und Ketchup da war und Geschirr und Gläser und auch sonst alles tiptop war.

Sehr saubere Jugendherberge. Man ist wirklich ungestört und kann gut feiern. Für Kinder ist hier sehr gut gesorgt da viele Spiele und Spielgerät vorhanden ist. Sogar eine Slackline. Der Partykeller ist ebenfalls sehr schön da es ein alter Gewölbekeller ist.

In diesem wunderschönen Ambiente gab es Anfang Dezember 2018 ein wunderschönes Forellenessen. Was mir sehr weh getan hat das dies nur so wenige Gäste genutzt haben. Die Forelle Müllerin war vorzüglich zubereitet aus Hauseigenen Gewässern.

Anlässlich der Meininger Parkwelten residierten wir zwei Nächte im Schloss. Netter Service, schöne Lage, beste Ausstattung und tolles Frühstück! Unbedingt empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder!

Essen war dreckig, Zimmer klein, kein Alkoholkonsum erlaubt, man durfte nur Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer zu sich nehmen, keine Snacks. Gartenanlage war jedoch schön, Umgebung eignet sich zum Wandern und Geocachen.

Schöne Zimmer, schöne Umgebung, die gänge sind vllt etwas niedrig geraten und das Essen ist halt Essen aus einer Jugendherberge, aber prinzipiell würde ich es weiterempfehlen, für Leute die mal Urlaub außerhalb der Stadt verbringen wollen
