Мы снимали апартаменты для двоих. Это двухкомнатная квартира - гостиная, спальня, кухня и ванная комната. В квартире есть всё, кроме микроволновки, но нас это не напрягало, так как мы ели в городе. Были небольшие проблемы при заселении, так как обычно хозяин присылает письмо накануне заезда, либо есть круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Так как письма я не получила, то была уверена, что есть ресепшн. Как оказалось, письмо мне посылали с просьбой за час до приезда позвонить, но оно где-то затерялось, и я оказалась перед закрытой дверью.

Do not book this property in the next 2 years. There are construction sites - one just infront of the house and one next to it. Noise all day starting 7 am, street closed, dust, etc. Internet kept coming and going off, most of the time no connection. I complained and they came the next day to fix it (the router was in the apartment upstairs), it worked for 3 hours and off again, fixed it next day, off again - same story all days. Not very clean, no tray in the microwave oven. No dish drying fixture - we bought one and left it there, so now it has. The ground floor apartment has its windows on the street pavement so people kept peeking in. Had to close down the shutters, so na daylight. All in all awful place to stay.

A Nasty,noisy, dirty apartament in Berlín. The build under reform and the workers wake up us early in the morning. The stairways dirty with every tipe of trash included comdoms. The inside of the apartament was dirty too. The owner doesn't asume the responsability, and We have an ugly discusion with him

Booked last minute and the guy who came was very nice and spoke enough english. It's very clean and comes fully furnished. There is nothing I can complain about so far. I recommend this apartment. 4/5.

Encontramos este lugar por una oferta de ultima hora, Buscábamos algo para 3 personas y terminaron dándonos un enorme apartamento de mas de 100 m cuadrados dos enormes dormitorios y un salón cocina con un gran sofá cama, y un patio a nuestra disposición de unos cincuenta metros cuadrados. el mobiliario era de los años 70's pero todo en muy buen estado.
