Die Apartments sind neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle erforderlichen Utensilien vorhanden. Der Service ist super und ständig erreichbar. Wünsche oder Anfragen werden sofort erledigt. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Fußgängerzone inklusive Restaurants und der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr gut.

Positive: This Apartment was located in a good area. It's a nice and clean apartment. Comfortable Apartment for Group of Families and Friends. Phantasialand Theme Park near to this location.. Negative: WIFI signal was very bad and we couldn't use it at all. Bed linen and mattress would have been better. It would have been great if there was a fan provided. sleeping at nights was not easy in summertime. Vacuum cleaner need to be added to the apartment facilities.

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Küche ist nicht sehr komplett - die Nachbarn die am Abend auf der Terrasse sitzen hört man leider durchaus plaudern (Türe zumachen ist schwer weil sonst im Sommer zu heiß). Leider sind die kleinen Terrassen eher schlecht abgetrennt - es kann schon passieren dass ein anderer Gast plötzlich auf deiner Terrasse steht.

Vor dem Haus sind 4 Parkplätze am eigenen Grund, bei 8 Apartments. ABER in Gehweite gibt es genug gratis Parkraum.

Die Lage ist recht zentral im kleinen Ort, einige Restaurants und eine Bäckerei zum Frühstücken liegen in wenigen Gehminuten.

Okay, maybe not 5 stars, but also (definitely) not 2,9. We booked this accommodation on booking.com and we (2 best friends, but male and female) actually thought it was a 2-room apartment. We specifically booked this apartment, so we could have some private space and sleep in separate rooms. The reason we thought it was a 2-room apartment is because they show pictures of the different rooms they offer, but to us it definitely wasn’t clear that it was more like a studio apartment. Luckily we could at least separate the beds. Apart from that the room is great. Yes, the mattresses are hard, but everybody likes their mattress differently. A hard mattress is actually better for you. We slept perfectly fine, despite the fact that we prefer our mattresses a bit softer. The kitchen is supplied with all the basics you’ll need during your short stay. No, there is no dishwasher. It’s a short-stay accommodation, you can just use the provided singe to wash your plates. There’s a microwave though. And a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a fridge, plates, utensils, pans, etc. etc...
The location of the apartment is great, if you want to visit Phantasialand and/or Cologne. In the near area you’ll find more than enough supermarkets and some (basic) restaurants.
We were (also) a bit confused about how to enter the building (you need the 6-number code, ending with a # which you’ll receive by e-mail after booking the room) and no, the owner does not speak English. This can be a bit challenging, but you can always just call him and ask him to send him a sms/WhatsApp and he will try his best to help you in English (probably using google translate). That’s what we did in order to figure out where we could find the WiFi password and it worked out just fine.
We paid €210 in total for 3 nights, which is only €35 per night, per person. Let’s be honest, that’s a fair price.
So... please, let’s all just stop bashing small business owners online. You can ruin someone’s livelihood. Don’t be that person.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, modern eingerichtet, ist sauber und hat soweit alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Leider haben die Duschtücher schon von Anfang an muffig gerochen, entweder zu alt oder nicht richtig getrocknet. Der Wasserkocher war schon mega verkalkt.
Sonst wären wir zufrieden.

Negative: There is no service and no one shows up in case of an emergency. There is no water, tea or basic items for an apartment. It’s quite expensive for only a place to sleep. I’d rather to stay in a smaller hotel room but have access to 24hrs service, gym or swimming pool. Also location is far from the city. The owner also don’t speak or understand english. Only German. No secure parking lot. Sometime there is no space for parking in front of the house and you have to find a place in the street for your car. Not recommended for international travelers at all. It might only suit Germans..

We booked via booking.

No clear instructions about which apartment number, No dish washer, no washing machine, no key to lock the toilet or sleeping room, not even a broom, No sheets on one bed.
Clean and cozy, nice TV (flat but old fashioned), free WiFi, that's all.

They don't speak English, only German! (Guys, it is time to take it one step forward - get international - learn the most common language - English)

Cost too much 230€ for 2 night, not worth it. I won't return to that place and can't recommend it to anyone.

Waiting for the owner representative to come and fix at least the missing bed sheets.

The tap in the kitchen is one of the most stupid thing I ever saw in my life. When you turn on the water it splashed all over the place and you get a free clothes-on shower. I really don't know how someone can be that idiot to choose this tap.

The ventilating fan in the bathroom is noisy like an airplane and cannot be powered off, it my night was a nightmare!!! The sofa bed is NOT comfortable at all!!!

The chair in the kitchen looks very nice but they are not save at all for kids and for adults.

If you want me to sleep at night - this is NOT the place for you!!!

Super Unterkunft. Waschmaschiene ist jetzt auch für jeden vorhanden.
4,00 euro für einen Waschgang. Was will man mehr... Man muss kein Waschcenter aufsuchen und Parkplatz suchen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter nochmal.
